Newsletters are very ideal when it comes to reaching out to your users because it helps you to personalise everything you want them to be aware of. It could marketing of anything or an update about what's going on or a new plan/direction your project is going to take.

Some send out newsletters weekly, monthly, or bi monthly to their users but it's very important to know when and how to do it in order not to appear like you're spamming users.

Sending newsletters is very important, and how I do it is by sending it randomly without considering a particular week or month. It could be about an event coming event or trending or about an interesting story that I can use to sell my products or services. I took that decision as a way of making the subscribers always be on the lookout for new content anytime, any day.

Currently, I am not sending any newsletters. However, back in the day when I started email marketing, I was sending weekly emails, then switched to every two weeks, than every month and finally stopped sending because engagement and conversion was pretty low.

Damn! It's so disappointing to hear that the level of engagement which you were getting from sending out newsletters was very low for your websites. Do you happen to think that there was something which you were doing wrong which affecting your engagement level negatively?
