How often do you go for medical checkup?

Visiting the doctor is always a good way to understand and learn some basics about your health. Also, a regular checkup is important to be on the same page with how healthy you are. Do you visit your doctor regularly? How many per year?

I tend to go to my primary one a few times a year, plus a few others for various health stuff. Those tend to be every few months or so.

I don't visit my doctor as much as I should do unless there is a reason and I really do have to.

At the moment, I have been having some pain in the back of my head from the base of my skull just above my neck and the pain goes up into my head and causing, share shooting stabbing pains. I remember hurting my neck quite badly around 17 years ago now and it felt like a snapping noise.

I struggled to move my neck for a while but it seemed to heal, I wondered if I may have done damage when that happened, so will be seeing my doctor pretty soon.
