Maintaining the property is one of the most important things. This is because when you own a property, you have to spend money in order to maintain it. The amount of money you spend may depend a lot on your budget. So, how much money do you spend in order to maintain the property?

I do not own property, I live in a rented flat. Based on my contract with my landlord, I am not supposed to pay for property maintenance and pay for repairs. I only pay rent and utility bills. I have a small farmhouse and it requires a very small amount for maintainence.
