How many times a day do you brush?

I brush with the Crest Optic White toothpaste at least twice a day, I have done it 3 times a day before; usually after eating some really acidic foods. Of course I wait an hour after I eat to brush, but still, I just feel the acid eating my teeth if I do not brush it away. xD

How many times a day do you brush, and what toothpaste do you use? =o

Twice a day, every day. I use this Crest toothpaste that tastes like chocolate chip mint.
