This is true because if you involve many people in the same meeting there is specific kind of information they did not need to know so it stays limited to few number of people. We have teamwise meetings and the numbers are not more than 10.
I'm not sure, but about 20 or so meetings are usually on Zoom since it's way easier to plan online meetings than offline meetings. We have offline meetings too, but it's not often.
Wow is it hard to do meetings and does everyone behaves good when we have offline meeting it's hard to make sure that everybody listens and behaves wellEveryone that works where I work, which is 18 people in total. So 18 plus the boss and the fiances guy so 19. We have had other meetings with clients but not everyone is part of those so they are smaller.
Not really an issue where I work. We tend to all get along and the boss is relaxed for the most part. Our monthly meets are only maybe 30 min to an hour long and it is just going over places where the company improved and where it is lacking.Wow is it hard to do meetings and does everyone behaves good when we have offline meeting it's hard to make sure that everybody listens and behaves well

Actually it always depends on the kind of meetings you are holding.
There are business meetings which does not requires huge or large numbers of people at most 10 depending on their position to the business.
If you work for a big company, you might have a lot of meetings. And in those meetings, how many people are in there? Do you meet with the boss, some upper management etc?
Some years ago when I was working for an advertising agency, we usually have our meetings on Thursdays and almost every top personnel in the business/company are present in the meeting which usually last for 1 hour. The CEO joins us once in a while.
Actually I think it depends on the kind of business you are into.
If it's a very large kind of business which comprises of shareholders, definitely you may have more than if not 10 people in attendance.
Well, it entirely depends on the type of meeting. But for me, i don't handle meetings with more than 10 people. That will be a messy crowd. However, when push come to shove, sometimes i end up having a meeting with 20 pax. But those are the ones i hate so much. Meetings should be limited to the essential people only.
