My forum has a total of 7 members. The site is still in its infancy, so I'm not too worried about the lower user count. I have a couple members who actually post on my forum for fun, but a few of them are only there because I begged them to make a few posts or they're returning a favor.. So who knows how long those guys will be around for.

I always find the first 10 active members to be the hardest to find, but if you have 10+ active members, it's a lot easier to keep growing from there.
