How many hours do you spend a day online?

Due to health issue I spend only few minute on computer. Sitting on a PC for more then few hours is very dangerous for health. I got a attack whenever I try to use PC for long time so I use it only for few minute or maximum 30 minute.

What kind of attack? What did the doctor diagnose you with?

Depends honestly, but I'd say around 3-5 hours which range from the day of the week.

I spend way too much time on the computer. I need to improve on that.

But to be fair, my program is IT related and hence I need to spend many hours on the computer.

Computer has become a vital part and parcel of my life.
