During the week I give myself a time limit: 30 minutes to an hour. I play a bit longer on the weekends. I do time limits so I don't over indulge. I tend to get a bit too obsessive and it causes me to lose control where all I want to do is play all night. My wife helps me stay on track with it. 🙂

I do not spend as much time playing games as I used to due to my work schedule and such. I used to play around 9 hours of video games when I was creating a lot of video game content but now, I tend to only spend around 2- 3 hours a few times a week playing video games.

I have never counted. I play a couple of times in a week and when I play, I spend around 2 hours, so I guess I spend 5-6 hours gaming every week. I used to play more when I was in my teems and early adulthood.
