How many articles should you post a week on a blog?

Let's say you have a blog, how often do you put up content? Multiple times every day? A couple times a day? Every other day? etc?

How many articles do you think should be posted in a week? I think there should at least be one every other day. But I think the best bet, is to do at least 1-2 articles a day on your blog. What do you guys think?

I post 2 articles a day but they are qualitative. I'm not the type to copy / paste 100 articles a day .. I have 2 articles a day made by me, high quality and I'm satisfied.
