How important mental health is?

When in depression, people stop eating and sleeping well. They stop doing the two most important things required for a human body to function well.

Exactly! It is why whenever someone's mental health is in a total mess, he will be depressed and that will make every other aspect of the person's general health to be in jeopardy. Nothing is going to be working in his life again as the person will be in a deep hole.

It is never easy for anyone who is feeling depressed to he eating as you expect them to. If it was to be easy, we would have seen it happening with some getting better faster, but that's not the case as depression will make one feel odd and unhappy about doing some key things of life.

Suffering from depression is going to make you to lose connection with almost every aspect of life and living. It is the reason why most people who are in this critical health condition usually resort to committing suicide in order to just make everything and.
 
I care a lot about mental health. I have seen my father suffer from depression for over a decade, and I know how difficult the like can be when you have mental health issues and when someone in your family has mental health problems. I even have a mental health forum for providing support on mental health issues.
 
I used to think it was very funny because I didn't understand what people who had problems with it were really talking about. However, in today's world, I understand that it is sometimes even more important than physical health problems and you need to treat it very responsibly.
 
Mental health is too important it is simply how we feel and who we are if our mental state is bad life would seem as a hell as something we wouldn't enjoy living everyday.
A mental health is also effecting our physical health and it is actually bad for us to feel bad.. if we are stressed or depressed it is proved by researches to cause certain diseases.
Moreover the people around us would prefer us more happy and energetic as people who are fun to be around and for that the mental state is essential.. I mean who would like a person who is alaaaways down or angry or sad? Noone.. now I am not saying we can always control and decide how we feel but I do claim it is truly important.
