The more unique the name is, the more it will be remembered. Same goes for its appearance. People remember bold, colorful logos more than standard, plain, black and white. And then you need to make the website as nice-looking as possible, but not too cluttered. Large text, too. I have clicked off of websites with small fonts that require enlarging the screen a.k.a. zooming in.
