How important is organizing everything in a site?

I am very aloof when it comes to my sites, and it seems to run okay, but I think a better organized work schedule for my sites would benefit me a lot. How do you guys keep track of everything going on and what you need to do?

I am very aloof when it comes to my sites, and it seems to run okay, but I think a better organized work schedule for my sites would benefit me a lot. How do you guys keep track of everything going on and what you need to do?

I find that it can be very hard to keep up, especially if you are managing your own website because you have to make sure that you take into account all tasks and if you do overlook something then it could affect its operation. The one thing that i find that helps me is that i tend to make a to do list and i also use voice memos in order to remind myself of tasks that i need to do if i think of anything at random times.

If your site is well organized, it will be easier to navigate. The site with easy navigation will have a lower bounce rate because people stay on the site jumping from one page to another. Thus, easy-to-navigate sites have better SEO scores.
