How important is live chat?

The live chat feature on a website is very important because this is where you can get to communicate with your members or client as the case may be and for someone like me I do not love visiting websites that do not have live chat feature.

Live chat is a great way to connect with prospective and new customers and give them the confidence they need to use your product or spend money on your website. According to Forrester, consumers who use chat are 2.8 times more likely to convert than those who don't.

Live chat is very important for any online business. I believe it can help in creating trust and reducing risks. Like if i am discussing with a potential customer from another country, it would be great we had a live chat for both parties to confirm if you are dealing with a real human

When i want to get support i preffer to use the live chat,as their response are very quick and they respond to your issue in time.I have experience this services in some site i have visited and their response was quick.

I actually hate any developed site or appication that do not offer live chat as a means contacting them.I believe live chat is still the easiest and fastest way to share your problem on any or app

You are very correct, live chat is important in a site for easy and fast communication. Personally, I have had my issues resolved so fast with one of these live chats of a site I used in the past. I don't know if a forum like this can use live chat too. It would have been w nice idea too.

Live chat is a good means of communicating with customers because it enables them to have the sensation that they would be attended to instantly.

Many forums are supporting live chat it depends from forum provider. Like for Xenforo there is ArrowChat that might be installed on any Xenforo forum, some forums are supporting other not, I hope Bizdustry include this feature soon instead of support system for faster help and maintenance as it is a good upgrade.

Live chat is a good feature in anything or business it can make a whole lot of difference for people that might be interested in something you offer and might want more understanding. Though they are aware of reaching out to customer care through the mail but an edge will be the ability to do live chat.

There are some problems that customers feel should be attended to urgently so if they are presently through a life chat they feel they are being attended to quicker.

Very important indeed, that makes customers to trust the business or company that provides live chat session to its customers to share their complaints.

As you rightly stated, live chat is very important when offering services online especially when you know that you can't be readily available or your channels for communication aren't easily accessible.
Though one thing I've noticed about live chat is that most times, they're always run by bots or AI.

it depends on what site you have. if you have a hosting company / domains, my opinion is that you should have a live chat. you would be much more successful.

Most of the visitors want just to get an opinion or idea about price without making a sale most of the purchasers are already clients then limiting live chat for connected users is appreciable.

I don't think it is necessary. But just like you said it offers the best and fastest way to communicate and resolve issues easily with customers. Whether the service is there or not, as long as I get quick responses, I'm fine.
