How frequently do you update your blog?

I am running a few blogs that are monetized with Adsense. I also have blogs that were rejected by Adsense for thin content. When you are running a handful of blogs, one of the major issues you will face is updating your blogs with new content. How often do update your blogs with new content? I try to publish at least one article every month.

If you want to keep people interested and entertained, you need to update your blog frequently, maybe once a week or more. When I don't have new content, I just forget about it and never come back, so it's important to stay consistent and update your blog at least once a month, and maybe once a week if your blog is popular.

In terms of how it looks, not very often. I like to stick with one theme and tweak it as I go. I don't want to be changing it every year unless it is necessary. Like if I am not seeing growth, I will change things.

if you get a substantial amount of traffic from search engines, it might not be very necessary to update too frequently. I have blogs where I have not published any new content for 6 months, yet I still receive traffic

I think if you're using SEO to get traffic, you should be updating your blog everytime like a post per day or 2 posts per day. It's also good for readers so they'll always see fresh contents whenever they visit. I try to post at least once a day.

Personally I believe that it depends on how free your schedule is when it comes to being able to upload high-quality content on your blog. This is because there was a friend of mine who try as much as possible to upload at least one content article every week on his blog.
