I am curious on this. I have 4 sites I own but they are still very new and not much to them. I want to up their value. I am hoping to sell two of them in the future for a decent amount. Anyone know how I go about uping the value of my sites?

People want websites that get lots of traffic and have lots of users. So, that helps. Also, people want automated websites to the point where it manages itself.

If you use ads, these count towards the value. So if you earn $400 a month, you can tack on a worth of $4000-$6000 to your site. This isn't including traffic, bounce rates, custom content, ect ect

A website will go up in value based on several factors. Factor number one is activity, people judge the value of a site based on popular it. Factor number 2 is how highly ranked up it is in some of the biggest search engines. Those are the biggest parts to whats add value to website but don't get me wrong, there are other aspects too which add profit to a online community.
