One actual example is the bar and restaurant business of my wife's cousin that was situated beside the race track. It was full of customers during the racing days which is 5 days in a week for about 8 hours during weekdays and 10 hours during weekends. Business was making the cousin rich until the race track was sold to a realty developer that made the race track a mall. All restaurants and eateries beside the property were removed and the race track was also moved to a faraway province (150 miles away). Another example is the pandemic era that so many industries were directly affected.

Environment have great influence on business growth and development, think that if you start a business of fast food like burgers, pizza, in village what will happen?
You know village people are so much natural and they mostly like natural foods only, they will not be attracted toward the fast food so in this way environment matters a lot.
