How do you work through the failure, how do you set your goals?

Furthermore, as much as you despise failure, it is important for your success. Without failure, there can be no success.

Yes, he or she should check where things aren't going well with the business. At times our work rate or input isn't the best or not worthy enough. So we keep trying no relenting.
