Praying and exercising are some of the most important things for me whenever I wake up. You need to exercise yourself in order to keep yourself fit to carry out your daily activities.It is necessary to pray very early in the morning and no one is disputing that as a believer, but you still need to do light exercise in the morning. This must be done in the morning once in a while.
Do you use your phone to work online or to check updates on the internet?. Sometimes what I do is that I use my phone to check if there are messages and of course the tasks i have to complete that day.Actually there are several ways to start your morning depending on how you want it. personally I first started with my phone and followed by prayers before other things comes after.
The only I'm looking to inculcate to my habit now is exercise. I want to do like 20 minutes exercise every morning before do any work.
