Criminality in the issue of real estate house and land sales is on the increase, we have to be very careful of the people we buy land and houses from.
There are some group of people that specializes in selling a land to more than two people, they do this so smoothly that at the end the matter ends up to land dispute in court cases.
How do we avoid all these kinds of issues when it come to buying of properties?

You should first ask for documents of the property, starting with that of the land, like C of O.
Then contact local authorities to ascertain the originality of the claim.
Even if you want to purchase landed properties through an agent, before payment is made, make sure to do your background checks and meet the owner of the property.

Genuine houses are well backed with licensed documents. Before you embark on such adventure of acquiring a house from someone, make sure you go with a lawyer. A lawyer will help you with information needed to claim the ownership, even when matters arise in the future. Don't just rush to buy a house because it's cheap make inquiries also from people. To confirm the genuineness of the house.

Although the first thing we all going to do is to ask for the the document! But that's doesn't stop them from scamming client. But the best thing to do is to ask for the original document, test the authencity of the document, both party should sign an agreement regards the land to be on a safe side.

I don't have so much knowledge about real estate and how to go about it. But I am sure that the best way will be to go through big real estate companies. It will help you ensure genuine and non fraudulent dealings of any kind.

You could recognize a genuine house for sale by first verifying all the house documents to ascertain its genuineness. After this is done, you could also go to the site and speak with the neighbors around about the ownership of the house.

You can know a genuine house for sale, by going through the documents of the house, not just the documents of the house but by also conducting a search at the lands and survey, to be sure the name on the documents corresponds with the one they have in their custody.

First of all, in getting any house you need to go directly to a house agency make sure the seller has all documents written in his name. You can also go through a house agent, ensure you meet with the real seller before paying any amount you must sign a written agreement in the presence of a lawyer.

It’s no secret that people have been scammed by fake house buyers and/or sellers in the past. Even if you are desperately searching for a new place to live or really want to sell your house quickly, you need to keep your eyes our for scammers and protect yourself from making a grave mistake. Here are some important warning signs to determine if a house buyer or seller is fake. Keep these in mind as you house hunt or list your house for sale and be sure to hire a real estate lawyer to protect you and your assets through this process.

Disregard all the wonderful talk by realtors and the excellent pictures of properties shared on the web. Ask the organisation or individual to take you to the site where you can genuinely see the property either it's a plot available to be purchased or house. Likewise, you can feel free to lead title deed search in the Lands Registry to decide the lawful proprietor of the property you would wish to buy. Also, think about visiting the organization's actual workplaces as a component of your due perseverance

Seller Won't Show You the Property Naturally, scamers won't let you see a property they don't own. If you ask to see the property the next time you're in town and they claim it's impossible, it's probably a fake.

Recognising a house for sale that is legit can be quite difficult. Fraudsters have taken over our society that it is hard to discern what is fake from what is not.
To recognise a property that is real, one must verify from legal authorities that the document of the house is correct and doesn't contain any element of fraud.
One should also find out about the real owner of the property from neighbouring houses in order to know who is selling the property to you

Avoid rushing while buying a house, take your time to put various factors into assessment.
First, you have to request for the papers of land ownership, and take your time to ask around the viscinity if truely the person owns the house.

Land problems like this kind described is what causes community clashes. One lawless fellow sees it fit to prey on the innocence of the unsuspecting victim. Only girl the victim to be dragged from one Curt hearing to another. Make sure there proper documentation of any property you're interested in before dealing.

the confirmation if a house is authentic for sale and not a scam can be realised by making sure to do a background check of the real owner of the house, why the owner is to be sold and other vital informations and do not ever rush to conclude things or make payments

Never rush to buy a land. Make all inquiries you from real estate agents. To recognise a property that is real, one must verify from legal authorities that the document of the house is valid and doesn't contains details about the owner of the land.

This is not an easy one those days were one could not confirm papers of property. If the land in which the is build ontop is a registered land, it can be confirmed from the government authority that's in charge of land, and if the house is build by a registered Architect, it can also be confirmed in government authority.

Very funny my dear there is nothing that won't be source of extortion by people from people. To think that someone can boldly sell a land which does not belong to him or his generation but what do we do as a human being on our part is to be very careful and ask for documents before purchase

There is nothing scam about house rent, just get in touch with the original owner of the property you are renting, with this you will not be at risk of losing your money to scammers who claim to owns the building, and do not pay money immediately after you secured a building.

First ask for the genuine paper documents supporting that the property is legit for sale and they own it. Now how do i know if the documents are not fake either? I would ask for help to the experts and when paying for the lot it will be done infront of a lawyer who knows legalities so i wouldn't be cheated.
