How do you receive your mail?

When it comes to your business, how do you receive your mail? Do you check a mailbox every day? Maybe someone from your staff checks it daily or a couple times a day. Maybe you get most of your correspondence via email. How do you usually receive your mail to your business?

When I created my first business, I had a post box. However, I did not receive too many emails, most of my communications were done electronically, including receiving emails. When I created my second business, I did not subscribe to the post box service.

I receive all my mail on my smartphone. I make use of Gmail application on my phone. It get all the notification whenever there's a new mail and read it right away. My Gmail is logged in my laptop in case I need to work from it on the laptop too.
