How Do You Measure Traffic Growth?

If you have a blog especially a new one, what are the metrics to know you're right on track?

I have a new blog that has gotten about 15 clicks organically within a month, but I've seen some people who do much better.
I also can't figure out how best to use GSC to see how each individual post is performing.

I use ADsense, ADsensew does not reveal full details of the users who clicked on your ads. It just provides basic information. I use Google analytics to check my traffic data and it provides extensive details on traffic but GA also does not reveal too much on the clicks on adsense ads.
