How do you manage stress as a busy person?

I sit down to analyze and understand what's stressing me. I start delegating if I can or I remove things from my back. Stress get me sick, so I act upon it as soon as I detect it.
 
There's time for everything. I will take a time off and rest when I'm down with stress. If I break down, I can't do the work again. It will be in my best interest to rest when it's necessary.
 
If I'm stressed, I'll investigate to find out what I'm doing which is making me stressed. If I can find out what's going on, I'll be able to find the solution for this stress and execute it.
