I used to drink soya beans milk made by my mother when I was younger. After frying with soya beans oil, I found out I'm now allergic to it. My throat have been burning up for 3 hours. I've been drinking water since but it's not cooling down.

How do I make this to stop fast?

Ginger honey is the best remedy for soar throat. Cook slices of ginger in honey for a couple of minutes, let it dry and then store in airtight container, whenever you have soar throat just chew the ginger pieces.

I find this strange because I understand sore throat is a result of cold and if you eat cold food, your conditions will go worse. But I also believe everyone has his or own body type and what works for me might not work for others.

I mean in terms of relieving the pain for a brief spell. You'd probably have to get those sprays that numb it for a little bit to see if that works.

There is a over the counter pill called Strepsils, when I have sore and burning throat, I suck on these tablets. These tablets eases my conditions quickly.

I usually take strepils for it whenever I start having it. The pills works very well against sore throat for me. Also, taking ginger does well for it too.
