Do you drink milk?

Honey is the only extra sweetener I'm using together with milk. Sugar is never put in my tea or coffee. We have a history of diabetes in my family, I don't eat much sugar to avoid spiking my sugar levels.

It is definitely better for you to use honey and leave out sugar because sugar is not safe. With the kind of health challenges people are experiencing lately, it is far more better for you to avoid eating sugar than to compromise your health over something that have a better alternative like honey for.

My fear is always with having running stomach after drinking milk. I have become careful with how much of it I take since I noticed that my stomach can't deal with it the way that I wanted. If I take it with coffee, I don't feel much of the stomach upset though.

If the milk is going to give you stomach problems, it's better to avoid taking it. Understanding your body is the right thing to do, it will make you know what to avoid which isn't healthy for your body. A stomach upset can be very painful to manage because it will exhaust and wear you out.

Same, I also drink cow milk every day before going to sleep. I don't like drinking milk as I just warm it and drink it without mixing anything. My parents say it's good for my health so I drink even if I don't like the taste.

Whatever your parents says about drinking milk and how it is going to be very good for your health, it is still going to have to be put under evaluation by yourself whenever you drink those cow milk up. You need to check if it is something that is reacting to your body in a bad way so that you know when to stop it when it is not going as planned.

I love Vitamin D milk and chocolate milk. I don't mind drinking them at all, but as with most people, I have to have milk with my cereal.

I'll have my own cereal with milk too. It is what makes the cereal to be very tasty. I wonder if anyone eats their cereal without milk? How will it taste? It's like drinking tea without any milk. What makes it a tea when there is no milk in it?

The only thing I wouldn't be interested in making use of whenever I'm taking my tea is going to be sugar. This is because I'm trying as much as possible to reduce my consumption of sugar as a result of the health issues it can cause you on the long run. As for milk, I will have it in abundance in my tea.

I don't drink milk on a regular basis but I like to add milk to my tea. However, when ever I am at my farm house I drink milk every day. For instance, I am in my farmhouse these days and I am drinking milk every day. We have cattle here.

Yes, sugar isn't good for health. I only use sugar when it's recommend by my doctor if I'm having low blood sugar. Milk is very good, I use only full cream evaporated milk when I want to drink my tea every morning.

Whenever there is a possibility of having diabetes in your family, it is always going to be in your best interest cut down your sugar consumption. This is because it is going to take your diabetes level to the point where it is going to be very dangerous for you and this is the reason why I don't consume sugar today.

I also drink a little milk around 6 in the evening because I really like the taste of it and it also has a lot of vitamins that help our bones become stronger and healthier. However, it is not recommended for people who are allergic to lactose
