Do you own multiple websites, how do you manage multiple websites? Well, I own multiple websites. I have blogs, forums, as well as online stores. Currently, I do not have any staff on my websites. However, I do have virtual assistants helping me to manage and run these websites. I pay virtual assistants based on the kind of work they do. My websites are small, therefore, they do not need a lot of staff to run.

Managing multiple websites can be a complex task, but with the right approach and tools, it can be streamlined and efficient.

Here are some ways to manage your multiple websites:

💡Create a central hub for managing all your websites (a project management tool or spreadsheet)
💡If you have a team or collaborators, delegate specific responsibilities for each website.
💡Explore website management platforms or tools that are specifically designed to handle multiple websites.

I take it very slow, and make sure all of my sites are up to date. I have a small amount of sites as I tend to sell sites from time to time. I try not to have more than 5 sites at a time. Saves me time.

You could hire a specialist in order to make sure that your website gets managed in the best manner. There are many people who hire administrators who help them.

Managing multiple websites can be demanding, but I've found effective strategies. I use a centralized management tool to update and maintain all my websites from one dashboard, saving time.

I automate tasks where possible, like content publishing, backups, and updates, significantly reducing my workload. I also dedicate specific time blocks for each website throughout the week, helping me to focus and not feel overwhelmed.

Lastly, I employ virtual assistants for time-consuming tasks or tasks outside my expertise, such as content creation or SEO. This combination of strategies helps me manage my websites efficiently.

I already have virtual assistants to help me run my website. I do not have funds to pay to people who are experts or specialists. My websites are small and earnings are also small, therefore, I work with part timer virtual assistants.

How much do you pay your virtual assistants? There are many local website developers in my city who usually tend to offer their services. Having said that, I am not related to this business, so my knowledge might be limited regarding this. Web developers are hired by many companies and those developers help them to manage the websites.

Before you can be able to handle and manage multiple websites at the same time, it actually means that you are going to be into webmaster on a full-time basis. This is because you will not have enough time to be able to handle other jobs too and still be able to handle multiple website at the same time especially if you're getting enough activities of those websites.

My payment is based on the task they are required to do. If I am hiring for social media promotion or article writing, my payment is relatively high, if I am hiring for forum posting and moderating, payment will be relatively low.

Well, there was a time when I also used to charge much lower amount of money for the job. However, it is not only impossible to work for low rates now, but it does not even make sense to work for lower rates when inflation levels are so high. I have written high-quality articles for $3 for many of my customers. However, now it is no longer possible to do so. So, I can understand your point and realise that the amount of money you earn depends solely on the levels of inflation and the amount of effort you put in.

I have never written any article in my life that's charged less than $5. It's the cheapest I would charge for any article writing job. I can't understand why some freelancer would charge so low for jobs making themselves seem like they are begging.

Managing multiple websites requires ongoing attention and dedication. Stay proactive, adapt to changes, and continuously seek opportunities for improvement to ensure the success of each website.

The rate of activities the several website that you need to manage on daily basis get is what is going to determine if it is possible for you to be able to combine it with doing any other job because if the activities are much, you will not have time to do any other thing but focus on all of the websites.

If you have small websites, then there is no need to do much because you are building traffic for the site. I have seen a couple of admins run multiple websites too, but it is something that is going to be difficult for me to handle at the moment. I can't even do that because I have limited time that I spend always online.

It's always very good to look at your time when it comes to working online with website management. This is something that you can't lose focus on because website needs steady care because once you don't give your website time, it will lose whatever you have built for a while.

Most of the people who are running multiple websites are not doing it as a hobby, they are actually doing it as a profession or at leats to make some money through their efforts. If you have relevant experience, you can run multiple websites on auto pilot.

I don't own multiple website, it will be difficult for me to manage more than one website. I'm not into website flipping, if I was then I would have multiple websites to manage. I own only one website for my transportation business. I may create another for my next business.

Running multiple websites is not just for website flipping. It is also to earn from various website. There was a time when I was earning around $600 via adsense just form 4 websites. My website Running costs was under $100 and I was making $500 in net profit. Imagine of I have a couple of more websites that were earning as much as those websites, my earnings would be really great.

Well, a blog can run on autopilot, however, forums need a lot of work. Managing multiple websites is all about how much time you can devote to your website and what kind of websites you have. If your website is an online store, I do not think you can manage another website as you will have to do a lot of work on your online store. However, if you are a prolific writer, you can easily manage 5-10 blogs.
