Orders always stay on the dashboard of my stores, so, I make sure to visit stores a couple of times a day to respond to the orders appropriately. I do this only own store or ecommerce stores where I sell.

I just have to check them all by myself because I do not have any specific program or an online tool that can check them for me. I do my things all by myself

For now, i do not need to keep my orders updated because my online jobs does not require me to do so. It is very important to keep one's order updated as much as possible so one doesn't end up disappointing a customer.

I have the same thing set up on my service account on both Fiverr, Upwork and Seoclearks. Each service that I offer have it's own terms of service. I don't use a uniform terms in all my services because they are different jobs.
