How do you find websites to get back links?

I use the so called google dorks to find a list blogs within the specified niche.
For example

intext:"powered by wordpress"+health tips

This is supposed to get you some blogs of health niche.
Another way is to go through the blogger networks like technorati, indieblogger where blogs will be tagged with the niche they are in.

So how do you find it?
