With the increasing number of people accessing websites from their mobile devices, ensuring that our sites are mobile-friendly is crucial. I've been using responsive design, but I'm curious if there are other strategies or tools that you guys use to optimize your websites for mobile users.

Create a responsive design. Most sites do it, so that if you access a site on a mobile browser, it should show a mobile version of the site. You can tell a site has a responsive design when you minimize it and resize the screen in smaller portions. If you see the site change as you resize, that's responsive design. Image compression is also important.

Here are some tips to optimize your website for mobile users:
  1. Choose a responsive design
  2. Simplify your website's navigation
  3. Use mobile-friendly fonts and sizes
  4. Optimize page loading speed
  5. Test across different devices and platforms

Some steps for mobile optimization are; mobile-friendly navigation, use a responsive design, streamline content, optimize page load speed, optimize forms and input field, test across multiple devices and browsers, optimize for local search.

This is exactly what or how I would have put it and if anyone who owns a website and really wanted it to be fully mobile-friendly, should make sure that all these options are always ensured to be very active on the website.

I use responsive themes and templates on my websites. When the themes and templates are responsive, your website will automatically adapt to the screen of the device used. MY mobile traffic accounts for a small percentage, otherwise, I would have develop app version for my website.

You're even smart enough to monitor where most of your traffic is coming from so that you can focus more attention in getting it work perfectly in that section. This is very good to be very honest. Building an app in this stage won't benefit you much.
