Discipline your staff? lol
I just try to recruit awesome people at the time of recruiting somebody. And if s/he turned to be an ass, I will simply fire him/her. So far this happened only once with this forum. I don't think it will happen again lol!

I always tend to recruit people who then slack off from posting as soon as they get the job; I nag them for a while and if they don't start doing what they're told I just remove them from the position.

So far I have only ever had to discipline one member of staff and that was a little while back when they got a little over the top with things and it was starting to bother the members. It was something that I didn't have to think twice about because of the nature of her posts towards the end. I politely told them that I would have to demote them due to their attitude in posts and they where understanding. Other than that I have not had to demote any other members of staff or deal with any others as of yet.

Easy. If a staff every abuses his power, first suspend his account for a few days. Then if he continues to abuse his power don't allow him to be staff. Just let him be a normal member. I've met way too many staff that are dicks. Honestly.

I may discipline my staff by having a chat on Skype. I will discuss with my staff about his/her responsibilities as my staff.

I may give them warnings and such, if they continue I will surely remove them from the position as soon as possible.
