I think with each job you take, you're bound to learn new skills as the work progresses. And you may learn new tricks and ideas that can be used outside of work too.

In order to be efficient in whatever we are doing it requires constant practice and different ideas in order to achieve a particular golds, in that way we come up with different skills and styles that can help us achieve are success.

Well, I think that if you keep practising, then there will come a time when you will become perfect. I used to struggle a lot when I used to write sentences in the past, as I am not an native English speaker. However, I learned grammar and I improved myself. I think that anyone could do that.

For work skills, there isn't much replacement for a college course, or an online one for me. I can pick up skills from books, but having a teacher with a series of steps and feedback is still my best learning method.

I usually set time for learning skills through trying to attempt to do a task in a different unit at my place of work. Though I'm not able to focus fully on the new skill, I get better at it as the days pass.
