How do you define healthy competition in a business?

We all know that competition is a part of business. In fact, now the time has come where almost all kinds of business appear to be competitive. Having said that, many people define competition differently, so how do you actually define healthy competition?

How I would define healthy competition in a business is when the competitors in the business are engaging in their businesses rivalry observing good ethics in the business dealings. When competitors in the business are not trying to kill off their rival businesses, they are in a healthy competition.
