How do you deal with burnout?

whenever you are working it is always important to take breaks because it would help me to re-energize your body. If you are tired there is no way you can be able to work effectively.
This is very true. Regular breaks at work is very helpful. It will help reduce stress, refresh your mind and make you save your strength for more important tasks.

this is what many businesses do in order to make their workers stay healthy and think straight. It is one of the reasons why I detest banking jobs because they will not give you that opportunity especially in this part of the world
 
Most of the if there are lots of work to be done in your organisation, the stress will be too much for you to bear and handle , so most of then time all you need to do is relax to relieve the stress .
