How do you choose music for listening or relaxing?

I have a certain list of songs that I really like, but they are all in different genres and not all of them are suitable for just relaxing, because some are very rhythmic, which simply do not relax me. And I pick up songs for relaxation in YouTube selections, where they create entire videos for 2-3 hours and play exactly this kind of music. Do you use it or do you just listen to your favorite music?
