How do you celebrate your successes or important events in life?

When an important event happens or when you have achieved something important to you, many people want to celebrate it in order to remember this moment for a long time. When I manage to achieve some goal, I always try to gather a family circle to share this moment with them, because they helped me in the beginning. How do you celebrate such events?
