Corruption in it's all forms are falling the economy of nations. The country which are facing the corruption problem it will be very difficult to progress for this country . If any country want to success and make his economy better he should quit the corruption to the roots.
The only very thing which I hate so much about corruption and what it does to any country is caused high rate of unemployment and government embezzlement of public funds. This is because when they embezzle the funds they are supposed to use and create job opportunities, the people become unemployed.

Corruption affect countries economy in many way because the money that should be use for economic progress will be us on personal self and that the biggest corruption and it doesn't make country development.

Corruption greatly affects the economy of that country in which it is taking place. In a country where funds are disbursed to tackle certain needs concerning the individuals of that place and the leaders decide not to do the work, rather they keep the money for themselves, definitely it will affect the economy. Poor infrastructure, lack of amenities, etc, will surely affect that economy because those in charge are not doing their responsibilities.

Many underdeveloped countries are suffering because their leaders are too corrupt. They steal money meant for developing the country to save in banks abroad and also to send their children to expensive schools while their Citizens suffer due to lack of infrastructural development and swift policies that would provide an enabling environment for businesses to thrive.
With This, less businesses succeed and then the economy doesn't improve, thus making life difficult.
How else does corruption affects a nation's economy?
Corruption affects country in many ways . The most affected are the low class people , because of the funding kept by the ministers , the money is not distributed among the poors and hence leaving povery in the country .

Corruption can also be found among us the citizens we tend to allow the politicians use us as tools to carry out their thereby paying us peanut

Corruption and international perceptions of corruption in South Africa has been damaging to the country's reputation and has created obstacles to local and foreign direct investment, flows to the stock market, global competitiveness, economic growth and has ultimately distorted the development and upliftment of our ...

Corruption really affects the economy of any country because the fraudulent people gathers the black money and then do money laundering to launder the money. They snupp the money from some projects and then use it for another male practice.

Corruption is endemic and a kancaworm to the development of any serious national that values what it means to be developed and to maintain the development. Corruption erodes societal values and moral reasoning from the population

Corruption is an appalling disease that mitigates every productive economy's development. Most officials think too much about how they and their families can be enriched to the detriment of masses, and so it is just about siphing their country's treasure and converting it for their own personal usage.

If there are corrupt leaders in a country the country will not advance. It will suffer financially and the common citizens will suffer the most. Corruption is not fought against by most countries, the criminals manage to get away with their evil acts. Unless there is a change in the government there will be no advancements for that country.

How else does corruption affects a nation's economy?
Corruption has always been the sole problem of most nations, it has the tendency to eat deeply into every sector of the economy thereby crippling the economy and making the country running at all deficit budget in the aspect of finance. Bribery and corruption and a lot of things set back many countries.

Corruption in the country where I live is really disturbing the country economy. Presently now people in my country are not able to access or buy new sim or welcome back their lost line of which is bringing down the economy gradually.

Corruption of affect a nation in so many way, in situation whereby money meant for infrastructural development is being stolen by politician this can affect the development of the nation for so many years

Corruption is generally not the weapon of the weak, in nigeria, an infamous bribery case, involving the international oil company she'll, deprived nigerian people of over $1.1 billion as the money went to corrupt officials instead of the national budget. Meanwhile according to the world bank(2019), more than 50% of the population of the oil rich country live in extreme poverty. This example shows that as a political and economic systems are enlisted in the service of corrupt actors, wealth is redistributed to the least needy sources. Mechanisms such as political representation and economic efficiency are both compromised by self dealing and secret exchanges. Under conditions of corruption, funding for education, health care, poverty relief, and elections and political parties operating expenses can become a source of personal enrichment for party officials , bureaucrats and contractors. Social programmes and the redistributive potential of political system suffer accordingly. A key result of all the instances named above is a state of uneaqual opportunity in which advantages arises only for those with a corrupt network.

How else does corruption affects a nation's economy
Corruption is a serious thorn in the flesh of most african countries. It affects the nation's economy in different ways for example in education sector where government can generate revenue, corruption has eaten deep into the the system and made it a poor sector to invest in.

Most developing countries of the world are those held hostage by corruption. It is so bad because a greedy few take what is meant for the poor mass. This is very common in poor countries and these sums are not reinvented into the economy.

Some times these things are not only common among the rich but even with the middle class and poor people. To end corruption, more efforts would be channelled towards giving people a positive orientation because it is just increasing daily.

On the economic level, corruption leads to: Hindering the development of economy, which affects the short and long-term goals of development plans. Wasting of the State's resources, which prevents their optimal use. Shutting out local and foreign investment due to the lack of incentives.
