There is no way you can manage the three business by yourself ,it will be better that you put people there to help your control two of them why you monitor their activities .

That is just the best thing to do at this stage,because you cannot be running after three busineses at the same time,you will need to have a manager for the busineses,then you do the supervision while they submit reports to you.
