Well, no one is perfect.
So what do you think of an admin who posts some of his/her lame works, which s/he would like to improve?

I mean a forum basically is all about discussing and sorting out creative ideas. So what if the admin is not good at something and has a desire to improve the skills.
I think you get the idea. So what do you think about this?

I learned all I know about forums and websites by making them and running them. I was terrible at everything but my judgment, and I learned from it. And here I am.

So, my opinion is, that even Admins have stuff to learn. Nobody can know everything, and they don't have to hide what they don't know/understand.

Agreed. You cannot know everything and nor can you be good at everything. Admins have are allowed to ask members for help and a lot regularly do because they know they have a few members that are even smarter or more knowledgeable than they themselves are.

If he has good members they gonna help him out if not the forum might take damage ;)

I really don't think anything bad/good. I was about to post a few videos I recorded of people kicking my butt in MW3 Via Steam online gameplay (for YouTube). Also, I post up my terrible graphic design work every now and then to get ideas on how to improve from suggestions/tips from members, :D
