I do not have a lot of experience with working in an organization but when I was working, I was on cordial terms with my co-workers. I was not too friendly and was also not indifferent to the co-workers

My co-workers in my workplace, are really nice and very respectful. They are always willing to help out when needed. We work together as a team to provide information and assistance, making sure to treat each other and our users with respect and professionalism.

There are many people who may have their own reservations when it comes to dealing with co-workers and this is pretty understandable. Not all the people feel comfortable working with different people and this is why they may have their own limitations. I am also one of them.
