There area things an employer can do to boost his employees morale.
Showing appreciation is one of the things, there are some employers that no matter how an employee works very hard, they will never get appreciated, such character should just stop if you want your employees to work for you with their heart.

I once lived with a lady though I'm working for her as an employee but while I was living with her, even if you mop river venue, clean the sea and pack the whole sand out, she will never appreciate you. Imagine somebody like that employing you.

In boosting employees morale, employers need to be committed to the welfare of their employees. Their appraisals must be top-notch, the key performance indicators must see to the productivity of the employees and must be able to earn the loyalty of the employee to build her morale

hat is exactly what I am talking about, lols. Though you sound funny but that is the fact!!! Ordinary you have done well will have a long way to go. When you appreciate an employee for a Good job done, he will be motivated to do even more, but when you don't appreciate then, it weakens their hearts.

An organization or company can boost it workers morale by looking out and helping them through words of encouragement and giving opportunity to take courses that can help sharpen their professionalism. The company can help the workers also by giving chance to loans with little interest which will be payable within a period suitable for workers.

You are very correct , in everything we do, communication matters alot. Keeping your employee informed and seeking there opinion is basically to key to an active employees, and also there should a little cash gift ones in a while just to give them extra vibe in doing there jobs propally
 
If you want to run a business and you want to grow, you need to be kind to your employees because you can run a company well by doing this. If you want your company to grow and you want to treat your employees well so that their morale can be very high and they can work in a better way.

Most at times when you work and you get paid, looking at the stress, the suffering and all you rent through, a thank you very much can boost your health and gladens the heart. Despite that what you were paid ain't nothing to be compared with how much you've laboured.
 
If the morale of the employees of a company or organisation is up then definitely the company morale will also boost. Because the employees morale effect the morale of the company or business too. So in you opinions...
How a company boost the morale of its employees??
A company can simply boost the morale of her employees by giving them sense of belonging in the company. When an employee is being loved by the employer, it makes the former happier and boost the morale. Also, if there is an increase in the salary of the employee, this would make them work better as it would have boosted their morale.
 
Establishing a good and close relationships(avoid personal relationships though)with your workers plays a vital role in boasting their morales... Giving out rewards to those that did well can also motivate others to push beyond their limit.... Build a harmonious environment in your company as the boss will go a long way

Most at times the money these people waste on transportation alone is even enough to decrease their morale. O think the best thing to do in regards to boosting the employees moresle is to provide means of transportation for them too.

Go beyond “My door is always open” ...
Give teammates a chance to interact outside the office.
 
Appreciation is very important in business management. The same way a company appreciate her customers the same it should appreciate the employees, in order to bring encouragement to them. You don't treat employees anyhow but show them their due respect.

Positive feedbacks would definitely go a long way. Also, you could treat them for activities that does not involve work to destress them from the normalcy of the daily work. Making your employees feel valued and taken care of goes a long way.

The major reason why people work is to earn a living, and that can be achieved through being paid good salary. So when you improve the remuneration package of your employees, it will ginger them to improve their productivity as a way of reciprocating your kind gesture.
 
Making the employees feel they have a stake and that they are part and percel of the running of the firm.This will give them a sence of belonging.

Investing in building trust, employees want to know more about how their corporation makes choices, and want their future business to be open. And employee morality can only achieve a certain degree of leadership without faith. After all, if they do not feel comfortable in communicating themselves frankly at work, workers would not probably communicate or contribute.
