Lolz,i understand, but you will not constantly give bonuses to every job that is done within a short period of time, if you give your employee an understanding that they will be promoted if they work hard ,there will be no need for bonuses.You just don't offer promotion at work anyhow in a company. Before you're being promoted, you must have work for some years. Bonuses is just a form of appreciation for work done for a period of time.

I completely agree with you that a company can boost the morale of its employees by appreciating their effort and also by paying them their benefits or bonuses that they are due for as this can encourage them to put in all their best in their job.A company can boost the morale of their employees by appreciating their efforts in various ways. You can add increment to salary even if the increment is small. Or you can as well give them some little money once in a while as an appreciation for their good works. You can buy them gifts as well.

Giving out bonus is not something that I am to do, in fact it is not my direct responsibility ,it is something I can consider to do to whoever I think is suitable for it, especially the hard-working type.It is not a good move and most of your staff may not stay long in your business.
