Host-Hunters has a new look. Took me awhile to get it made and still have some minor tweaks to do but we are good to go. We are still looking for hosts to come and advertise their sites for free. This is a great way to get your hosting out there and seen. We have also just added banner advertisements to add another way for your hosting to be seen. We also have some great discussion going on for both hosts and members.

Does a forum around hosting hard to get off the ground? I wanted to start one a while back but ultimately decided not to as there was already to much competition.

I tried for over 6 months and barely did anything, with huge forums like Webhostingtalk it's hard to against theme. I thought I would do ok in the first couple of months but I was wrong.

I like the idea behind the site, and I like the domain, but I'm not much of a fan of the theme. The theme feels a bit outdated, and could definitely use a changing; I'm sure there's another free theme out there that could fit your forum. Also, I think it might be a good idea for you to email new web hosts and tell them about your forum ... I'm sure most of them would be more than happy to advertise for free. Plus, it will help you build relationships and activity on your forum.
