Well, there is no way I can cheat the government because, without my reporting to the government, it can easily track my income. That's because all transactions are done through banks and when you perform transactions through banks you can be easily tracked.

It is never a great idea to cheat the government. This also includes paying all the taxes at the right time. There are many people who pay taxes in many different forms. This may also include sales taxes and other form of taxes. However, if you already earn a low amount of money, then you are exempted to pay taxes.
