Anyone here have any experience with homeservers and/or FreeNAS?

I recently built a plex server/NAS machine and while I was able to get everything all set up, I have no idea how to incorporate a second drive to extend the storage.
(so if you've got some tips, please shoot them my way!)

In the meantime, here's my server:

HDD        WD Green 500GB 7200RPM (torrent drive)
HDD        WD Green 2TB 5400RPM (media storage)
HDD        WD Red 4TB 5400RPM (unused for now)
PSU        Seasonic Focus 550W Gold
CASE       Rosewill STEALTH

Someone has mention it to me some years ago regards keeping all of my videos on it. But I thought to myself it was just cheaper to get an 4TB HDD internal drive
