Hiring managers internally or externally?

If I am hiring anyone into any business I will focus to get the best person who is experience about the area I need him or her for. If internal employees is capable of handling the position then that is not really my problem , I will employ the person.

Hiring managers internally is probably the best decision that you can make because you no longer need to onboard them and they can be a very good example to new employees.

Outsourcing is not a really a mainstream thing in my country and many people get hired in here through locally published job advertisements. Outsourcing may cost them much more.

I think it's best that employers promote employees from within the company. These people will already have experience in whatever field they work in, moreso than randomly hiring someone from outside the company. They recognize hard dedicated workers and offer them a chance at moving up in the company.

They try to polish the talent of people and try to make their current workers much better at job. However, sometimes they have no option, but to hire people externally when they lack the amount of people required to complete the job.

To me I think hiring a manager internally is just the best because he or she is already equipped with the knowledge of how the establishment runs and how success can be achieved faster. Whereas an external manager will need time to learn a lot about the establishment and this is not good for business because some how the level of success usually recorded by the establishment will depreciate.

If there's no too much jealousy among your employees or staff members, you might consider hiring internally. Most company only prefer external manager because it will be like a contract work and they won't allow the manager to stay more than the time on his contract

Well, in certain cases, the foreigner may have a lots of know of business and they could bring great benefits to your business in many cases. this might be the case if your business is located in a tier 3 country. Hiring a foreigner who belongs to a tier 1 country could be beneficial in those cases.

That is just the basic fact,because if you look at it critically,you will have to see the reaso why most organisation usually go for experienced hands for the jobs that they do,on the alternative they get from their inhouse.

Sentiment should not be part of the business what you are really after is somebody that can produce good results but . I would prefer to hire someone internally because you really know everything about the business.
