Hire the active poster? Why it's not always a good idea!

I used to think if someone were to hire the active poster, then it could motivate that poster to post a lot more and integrate into the community even more. However that's not the case most of the time.

If you were to hire an active poster, most of the time, they would try to show off their new position and that would lead to various disputes. Also, I have seen people quitting the forum after attaining the staff member position (like you have stated in your post). It is better to analyze the person first and it's better to give them a chance(like a temporary position first).

If they pass the hurdle then it's fine to upgrade them to a permanent position or else it would be for the better, to hire an ideal member for that position either internally or externally.

After due conseederation I think no one can really condemned the fact of hiring an active poster in a forum. Thete are both advantages and disadvantages in everything so you just have to faced the disadvantages when it occurs.

I think there is no way hiring an active poster will be a bad idea rather an inactive posternis the bad idea because he won't be able to perform a task to which he is being employed to Carried out at the best time.

Hiring the top forum poster is a good a decision of choice by merit,In as much as the post are of high quality content, then choosing the person is the best.

I think it depends on the individual. There are both advantages and disadvantages of hiring an active poster. I personally don't see anything wrong in hiring an active poster.

Personally I think no one can really condemned hiring an active poster in any site. and the primary reasons why we hired someone, is to be active in a particular duty at the best he can.

If I were to hire someone to manage my site, it'll definitely be an individual with experience and not just because you're very active on my forum or anything else. Competence is key.

Contrarily, I believe this is a good strategy because you will have fresh content. However, you need to make sure the poster is posting quality content and is not just after the quantity.
