I’m more into skateboarding but I have dog phobia so nowhere to safely do it really. I get too phobic in the park

I get that.

There are a lot of biting dogs in my area.

One thing I do is carry dog biscuits with me to toss to them. My idea is to turn a mean dog into a friendly dog who can't wait to see me for a treat.

If that doesn't work, fill a water pistol with ammonia and squirt the dog with that. It will stop it in its tracks.
