Have you ever used Criteo advertisement network?

Criteo is a very popular kind of advertising network. This is why it is so popular. They also offer a really great CPM rate as well. Apart from that, they have also a very good customer support system as well. So, have you ever tried it? Is it a good network?

Never heard of Criteo, therefore, I went to check the platform. It says Commerce Media marketing. I am not sure if this ad network is available for bloggers and forum owners because blogs and forums are not basically commerce websites.
