The reason why employee switch to other companies in the same or similar line of business is when they are offered high pay, better working condition and environment. Everyone wants to work where they will be appreciated and paid well.

Have any of your staff resigned only to start working for your competitor?

I don't have any employees working for me right now but whenever I do, I'll make sure to pay them well as long as they are very productive helping my business make money.
