Have you ever had sleep paralysis?

Fortunately, I did not have such a thing, but I talked to people who experienced this and it was very scary because they said that they did not feel their body and could not do anything, but they were conscious. Have you had this experience?

I've heard stories about people that experience sleep paralysis and I can tell you that it is something that is very scary. I am very fortunate enough not to have experience such a thing because I wouldn't know how to adjust to the whole scenario because it is not something I would like to experience.
