Have you ever created a website portfolio for all of the websites you have made over the years? It's usually a good thing to do if you're selling website design services. But still, I think having one even if you're not selling, is a good idea just in case you do decide to sell in the future.

I agree with you! I have a portfolio that showcases all of my web design projects. It's a fantastic way to document my progress, showcase my skills, and it's ready if I ever decide to offer my services professionally. Even for hobbyists, having a portfolio can be rewarding; it's a great confidence booster to see how far you've come over the years.

Most of people do free portefolio system and it is not recommanded like blogspot or wordpress, the portefolio must at least being hosted on domain name and paid hosting not a free blogspot to show your work that is a valid assertment.

I once had a website where I shared links to all of my websites and social pages. I was using this website as my portfolio website. Since I already had a blog, I later merged this site with my blog.

I would say that this is something that is very important for someone who runs multiple platform to do because it is going to help you in a way that those who visit where all of your website are listed can easily access all of them at once.

As a website designer/developer, I think it is required to create a website portfolio in other to show employers your potential while looking for a job.

Yes, that's very correct. It's one of the best ways that's very easy for you to sell yourself online to your potential clients. It will make job inquiry a lot of more easier for you. All your work can be seen at a glance.

I have not been in the position for something like this to matter but it makes sense for those that are to do it. If you are looking to sell old sites or flip websites/address even, it is a good idea to show your progress, work, and let people get to know you.
